Description
Das Hauptpatent betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen elektrischer Heizkörper, bei dem die Heizwiderstände in eine feuerfeste Schutzhülle eingebettet sind. Die Herstellung der elektrischen Heizkörper erfolgt nachdem Hauptpatent in der Weise, daß der Heizwiderstand nach keramischen Methoden mit der Schutzhülle, die mit dem Heizwiderstand keine Reaktionen eingeht, insbesondere durch Umgießen mit einem mit verdünnter Säure aktivierten Schlicker in saugfähigen Formen umgeben wird. Dabei wird zwischen Heizwiderstand und Schutzhülle eine nicht bleibende Schicht gebracht, deren Stärke der Schwindung der Schutzhülle beim Sintern entsprichjt. Durch Behandeln der Gesamtanordnung bei Temperaturen über 16000 wird dann die Schutzhülle nach Verdampfen der nicht bleibenden Schicht so weit gesintert, daß sie in sich vollkommen dicht wird und den Heizdraht gasdicht 'einschließt.The main patent relates to a method for producing electrical heating elements in which the heating resistors are embedded in a fire-proof protective cover.
