Vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt das Reinigen von Weizen, anderen Cerealien und Hülsenfrüchten von Schmutz und anderen fremden Stoffen. Die Trennung der verschiedenen Körper geschieht dabei nach den verschiedenen Reibungswiderständen, welche Körper von ver-, schiedener Gestalt und Oberflächenbeschaffenheit besitzen.The present invention aims at cleaning wheat, other cereals and legumes from dirt and other foreign matter. Die bis jetzt allgemein zur Anwehdung gebrachten Verfahren zum Reinigen von Materialien, welche. auf den Gröfsen- und Gewichtsunterschieden der einzelnen Stoffe beruhen, werden · nicht überall, und besonders bei Cerealien und Hülsenfrüchten nicht, mit Vortheil in Anwendung gebracht, da es sehr häufig vorkommt, dafs die mit denselben vermischten Schmutz^ theile,· Steine und fremde Gesäme dieselbe Gröfse und dasselbe Gewicht wie das Getreide oder die Samen besitzen. Dagegen haben aber solche verschiedenen Körper oft nicht dieselbe Oberflächenbeschaffenheit, insofern als ihre Oberfläche mehr oder weniger glatt oder rauh ist. Thatsächlich haben z. B. die Getreidearten und Samen eine glattere Oberfläche als die mit denselben untermischten Verunreinigungen. Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft nun eine Vorrichtung zum' Trennen von Stoffen, deren einzelne Theile verschiedene, d. h. mehr oder minder glatte Oberflächen besitzen, darin bestehend, dafs das zu reinigende Material durch eine Zuführungsvorrichtung auf eine "ebene Fläche geleitet und auf derselben einem solchen Druck ausgesetzt wird, dafs sich zwischen den verschiedenen Materialien und der Fläche verschiedene Reibungswiderstände geltend machen, wodurch die auf- oder mit der Fläche vorwärts bewegten Theile, welche den gröfseren Reibungswiderstand besitzen, von denjenigen mit kleinerem Reibungswiderstand getrennt werden.The present invention now relates to a device for 'separating materials, whose individual parts different, d. Auf den oberen Längsbalken des Ständers A sind parallele Balken C, etwas schief zur Transportrichtung über dem Bande B, angeordnet. An diesen Balken C sind nachgiebige Klappen befestigt, deren untere Enden auf der Oberfläche des Bandes B aufliegen.
