When processing · printed waste paper for the production · of paper stock, the can be processed into new paper, the removal of the printer's ink always has Causes difficulties. It has therefore already been suggested to use printing inks which is easier from which he, z. B. using sulphurous acid or Si .üt, remove in order to obtain a paper stock that is as colorless as possible for the production of the new paper from waste paper. These proposals included the widespread use of a Manganese color pigments in the printer's ink, such as the compound of a manganese color with a blue dye, or colored lakes made from sulfur or cotton dyes. However, all of these dyes show a color different from the deep black Volume. So was z. B. proposed to add iron tannate to manganese pigment and then to mix with varnish in the usual way to a color. The pressure was on meanwhile, black-blue, and the stock took one easy on recovery green stitch.
In contrast, the present invention is characterized in that wood pulp containing Paper with insoluble, from colored wood, especially blue wood extract and iron or Colored varnishes formed from aluminum salts, which are completely black and nevertheless easily bleachable, are printed and then after use bleached with conversion of the paper into paper stock using sulphurous acid or sulphite will.
The dye is completely removed during this bleaching process and thus a paper stock obtained from which a completely white new paper can be produced.
As an example of a colored wood extract, blue wood extract is mentioned in particular, which consists mainly of hematein and hematoxylin. Such an extract provides insoluble lacquers with iron and mangai salts. These varnishes are after their Precipitate filtered, dried and placed in a suitable carrier with a thickener ground, whereupon the color for printing is done. Only as much dye is used as sufficient to produce one deep shading is required. When using iron varnish from the blue wood extract an addition of only 10% of a dye is sufficient, such as acid black. The dye is prepared using suitable milling equipment ground in a mineral oil as a carrier

Das Verdickungsmittel kann ein fein verteiltes mineralisches Pigment wie Aluminiumhydrat oder Aluminiumearb on at sein.len and as much varnish is added as is necessary to bind the dye. A thickener is added to give the paint the desired thickness. The thickener can be a finely divided mineral pigment such as aluminum hydrate or aluminum arb on at.
The bleaching agent used to bleach the colored varnish consists of sulphurous acid or sulphite and can convert the water-mixed, shredded paper stock into gaseous form. Shape or be added as alkali sulfite. After bleaching with the bleaching agents mentioned, the fabric has an acidic reaction. This acid reaction can be eliminated by a neutralizing agent, and for this purpose borax is more suitable than the stronger alkalis, since e.g. B. Soda is known to have a tendency to turn the ground wood yellow. However, the acid reaction can sometimes be desirable in order to keep the parts of the printing ink in solution in solution until they can be washed out.
The above-mentioned bleaching agent acts not only on the color, but also in a known manner on the wood pulp of the paper stock. The amount of bleaching agent usually does not exceed 100% of the weight of the dry stock, so that the bleaching costs are very low.
