Description
The invention relates to the resilient mounting of a cross from each other Strips of existing support grids for lounge furniture. It is known to make such grates to form traversing flat springs and these on two the ends of two To store bow or carriage springs connecting rods. The bow feathers themselves are attached to two edge rails, which are joined together with cross braces to form a frame are. This arrangement has the disadvantage, on the one hand, that a special frame is necessary, and on the other hand, the bow springs go apart when loaded, so that a sliding movement takes place between the bars and the supporting grate lying loosely on them. Finally, with a large spring length, a thick cross-section must be used, so that the grate is then hard and inelastic works. With low loads, e.g. B. in cots, an effective suspension occurs at all not a.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise dargestellt, und zwar zeigenAccording to the invention, the grate is divided into sections with the omission of longitudinal strips, and the ends of the transverse strips are on the bed strips directly Leaf springs of elliptical shape supported. Here are the individual fields of the support grid filled with resilient bands known per se. The longitudinal strips are included bent downwards at their abutting ends and support each other. In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown as an example, namely demonstrate

Fig. 7 an individual part in view. The mattress consists of several, usually three, grids, of which the middle one is shown completely and the subsequent ones are partially shown. The grate is made up of cross members «and longitudinal members δ made of flat iron. The rectangular transverse fields are filled with flat spring strips c of a known shape. The free ends of the cross members α rest in a bed e of closed elliptical springs d made of steel strip and transfer the pressure to them. The springs d belonging to a grate are connected to a flat iron / and lie on support strips h attached to the side walls g of a bed. If the cross member a t consists of a square tube (Fig. 5), the end is formed by a square mandrel / inserted into the cross member U 1 , which is flattened, rests in a bed ^ 1 of the spring ^ 1 and is attached to a flat iron k is covered. Through a plugged into one of the common holes m. Splint or the like, the square mandrel i is held in its position. In the case of cross members a 2 made of pipe, a round mandrel protrudes into the pipe end provided with an external thread; it rests with its detached part in a round bed covered with a flat tool A 1 ο the spring d 2 . A union nut /; which is supported against the end q of the round mandrel / 2, which has a larger diameter, enables the spring d 2 to be adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the cross member a 2 . The base of the union nut ρ is rotatably mounted between the mandrel part <7 and the spring d 2 .
The end of the side member b is bent twice. Sleeves / · connect opposite ends so that the individual grids can be combined into a single mattress if necessary. A protective cover SS 2 and a pad tt 2 lie on each grate. The grate, protective cover SS 2 and upholstery tt 2 can be connected with straps «and U 1 and combined to form one piece.
