Zum Kochen von losen, zerkleinerten Fleischstücken oder Fleischteilen, wie Leber,
Nieren u. dgl., werden bekanntlich Metallgliedersäcke verwendet, in die das Fleisch
gefüllt wird und die in den Kochkessel @eingehängt werden. Der Verschluß der Füllöffnung
der Metallgliedersäcke erfolgt bislang mittels einer Kette, die durch am Abscblußrand
des Sackes angeordnete Führungsringe gezogen ist und die beim Hochheben des Sackes
an der Kette den Sack schließt. Sodann wird die Kette bei geschlossenem Sack durch
einen schraubenförmig gewundenen Ring festgelegt, in den das entsprechende Glied
