Die Erfindung bezieht sich nun eigens auf. eine aus einem Gehäuse mit einem herausnehmbaren Abfallbehälter und einem Klappdeckel bestehende Vorrichtung, bei welcher die Schärf- und Reinigungsmittel auf der Innenfläche des Klappdeckels angeordnet sind. Das Neue einer solchen Vorrichtung liegt gemäß der Erfindung darin, daß der Klappdeckel am oberen Teil des Gehäuses angeordnet ist, derart, daß er in geöffneter Stellung auf einem waagerechten Teil der Gehäusedecke und nach Drehung um mehr als 9o° in geschlossener Stellung auf dem Rarid der Gehäuseöffnung aufliegt. Der besondere Vorzug dieser neuen Ausführung liegt darin, daß der Deckel, welcher beim Schließen aus seiner waagerechten Offenstellung um mehr als go° umgeklappt wird, eine Schräglage erhält, in welcher der dem Schärfmittel, z. B. Feile, Sandpapierpolster o. dgl., anhaftende Staub und Schmutz abgeworfen wird und in den Sammelbehälter hineinfallen muß. Noch begünstigt wird die selbsttätige Reinigung des Schärfmittels dadurch, daß beim Schließen dem Klappdeckel durch eine ihn in seinen beiden Endstellungen festhaltende Federung eine schlagartige Beschleunigung erteilt wird. Dadurch, daß das Schärfmittel im Haltern mit senkrechten Wänden aus federndem Material gelagert ist, welche beim Schließen des Deckels, d. h. durch dessen harten Aufschlag in der Verschlußstellung, eine gewisse Erschütterung erfahren und in Schwingung geraten, wird das Abfallen des Graphitstaubes ebenfalls noch gefördert. Weitere Kennzeichen der Vorrichtung gemäß der Erfindung liegen darin, daß eine aus einer geneigten Platte bestehende Leitfläche einer zweiten und entgegengesetzt geneigten Platte mit veränderlichem Abstand gegenübersteht und des weiteren eine der geneigten Leitplatten am herausnehmbaren Abfallbehälter angebracht ist, so daß durch teilweises Herausziehen dieses Behälters der Spalt zwischen den Unterkanten der Leitplatten verbreitert werden kann.In recognition of these disadvantages, designs were created where the sharpening agent, e.g. B. a file or a sandpaper pad in one Enclosed housing and this housing with a removable container for Collecting the waste is provided.
