Abstract

The invention relates to a device (10) with sanitary and/or kitchen components, having a central locating structure for media connections containing an electrical connection (12), a potable water connection (15), a waste water connection (13) and an air evacuation connection (14). An adapter unit (20) is provided for the central locating structure of the media connections, in which several sanitary and kitchen components may be fixed, wherein the adapter unit (20) and the sanitary and/or kitchen components mountable in said central locating structure are pre-manufactured elements. A shower cabinet (31) and a toilet stall (33) are provided as part of the sanitary components and a sink (28), cooking plates (27) and a refrigerator (26) are provided as part of the kitchen components. Said unit can thus be simply and economically produced.
