Ferner sollen mit ihr auch die Anschlussleitungen schnell und ohne grossen Aufwand verlegt werden können und die einzelnen Einrichtungen, wie zum Beispiel eine integrierte WC -Einheit und/oder eine Küchen-Einheit etc., sollen unabhängig von den Gebäudewänden montierbar sein. Im Kellergeschoss 54 sind die Rohre 11 an ein Sammelrohr 58 angeschlossen, welches zu einer Verteilerstation 59 geleitet ist. Seitlich an dieser Adaptereinheit 71 sind die Küchenkomponenten, namentlich Kochplatten 77, eine Ablagefläche 75 und ein Spülbecken 28 vorgesehen. Einrichtung mit Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten, mit einer zentralen Aufnahme der Medienanschlüsse, bei denen je wenigstens ein Elektroanschluss (12), ein Frischwasser- (15), ein Abwasser- (13), ein Abluftanschluss (14) und/oder weitere Anschlüsse enthalten sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die zentrale Aufnahme der Medienanschlüsse eine Adaptereinheit (20, 61, 71) vorgesehen ist, an welche eine oder mehrere Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten befestigbar sind, wobei die Adaptereinheit (20, 61, 71) als auch die an dieser montierbaren Sanitär- und/oder Küchenkomponenten insbesondere als Fertigelemente hergestellt sind.1.
