Description
The invention relates to a bearing shell for journal bearings for connecting rods, crankshafts, Cam disks and the like. According to the invention, the new bearing shell is provided with a 5 above and an oil rail below, from which well-known, obliquely outwardly led, intersecting oil channels emanate, which thus connect the two rooms, and at the ends of the bearing shell concealed by the pin or pin collar annular grooves for receiving a sealing grease for the lubricating oil are arranged so that oil loss does not occur.
The seal by means of annular grooves in which a sealing ring is located is on known.
For example, several embodiments of the new bearing are shown in the drawing shown.
Ι shows a vertical cross section of the first embodiment, and
Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section along line AB for this purpose.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine Einzelheit in größerem Maßstabe.Fig. 3 shows a detail on a larger scale.
Fig. 4 zeigt den Schnitt einer zweiten Ausführungsform. Fig. 4 shows the section of a second embodiment.
In the embodiments according to FIGS. 1 to 3, the pin 1 is inserted in a two-part bronze bushing 2, preferably produced by centrifugal casting, which is provided with oil chambers 3, 4 and oil channels 5, 6 connecting them. The z. B. spherical circumferential surface of the sleeve 2 is held in a ring 7 which is fixed in the relevant machine part, for example a rod head 8. This ring also has oil chambers 9, which are connected to an oiler ι ο or an oil drainage channel 11. · Through the chambers 3, 4 ' and 9 and channels S, 6 excellent lubrication of the pin 1 takes place continuously. The side edges 12 of the sleeve 2 are provided with annular grooves 13, 14, opposite which annular grooves 15 of a collar 16 of the pin 1 or annular grooves 17 of an adjusting ring 18 are opposite. The annular spaces formed by the grooves are filled with viscous sealing grease, which ensures a permanent good seal against the outflow of the lubricating oil and the penetration of foreign bodies into the bearing. The annular grooves can optionally also be missing on parts 6 and 18. In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, which shows a crank pin 19 on cranked shafts, only the bush 20 is also provided with grease sealing grooves 21 which are located on the front edges. The circumferential surface of the bushing is slightly tapered from the center to both sides, so that the bushing can swing towards the rod head 22 or the like. The edges of the bore 23 of the part 22 are also sealed by grease rings 24. Furthermore, as in the first embodiment, oil lubrication is provided, which is ensured by the grease sealing points 21, 24.
