Description
Household refrigerator operated by a refrigeration machine. The invention refers to household refrigerators powered by a chiller with a Capillary tube as a throttle for that flowing out of the condenser into the evaporator Refrigerant. Such a capillary tube is a sensitive part of the refrigeration machine, which can easily be damaged by external influences. It must therefore be in the refrigerator be housed in a protected location, but which is also sufficient Provides space to accommodate a pipe of quite considerable length. To the capillary tube To protect it, it has already been suggested to put it in the evaporator windings. However, this arrangement has the disadvantage that the capillary tube is completely inaccessible and can only be made accessible again by opening the evaporator. In addition, however, the evaporator coils only offer space for a relatively short one Capillary tube, which must be chosen very narrow as a result, it the required Causes throttling effect. However, narrow capillary tubes tend to clog.
The invention consists in that the capillary tube within the insulating jacket of the refrigerator is wound onto the outside of the cooling container.
In the drawing, the invention is shown in two exemplary embodiments, the two images each show a longitudinal section through a refrigerator.
In Fig. I, a is a cooling vessel over which a hollow cylindrical container b, which is used to hold a cold-storing liquid (brine), is loosely pushed. An evaporator c is located within this brine tank. d is the insulation cover of the refrigerator, which is covered by a protective jacket e. A door f closes the cooling container from the outside. The refrigerant is pressed by a compressor (not shown) into the condenser g, liquefied there and then expanded in a capillary tube h, from which it flows into the evaporator c. The capillary tube h is wound in several turns around the cooling container a, namely on a stepped edge i of the brine container b . It is completely protected under the insulation cover and is easily accessible after it has been removed. The jacket of the cooling container also offers enough space to wind up a very long capillary tube. As a result, a capillary tube can be used which does not need to be too narrow to provide the necessary throttling resistance and which therefore does not become clogged as easily. From the evaporator c, the evaporated refrigerant is sucked back into the compressor through a pipe h, and from there it is again pressed into the condenser g.
In the case of the refrigerator according to Fig. A, the one is pushed over the cooling vessel a Brine container b at its end facing Tür.f- with a paragraph i for winding up of the capillary tube la, while the Pipe h for discharge of the evaporated refrigerant introduced at the opposite end of the brine tank b is. The part of the capillary tube leading from the insertion point to the winding point lt is placed close to the brine tank. The embodiment according to Fig. A has the Advantage that the pipe k now no longer has the insulating jacket d in its penetrates the entire length, so that the z. B. made of corrugated cardboard insulation can easily wind up without having to provide large recesses for the tubes.
