should not be built in because it takes up a relatively large space. According to the invention, the advantages of the aerosol device are made usable in that the aerosol device is installed in a secondary duct to the air duct, which branches off from the air duct in front of the evaporator and opens into the air duct between the evaporator and the fan. The mist generated in the aerosol device mixes with the drier air that comes from the evaporator, particularly intimately if the mouth of the secondary channel is arranged in front of the fan, which causes the air flow to circulate in the air channel.
The outlet of the aerosol device is expediently connected to the air duct by a pipe. Then the mist generated in the aerosol device is completely fed to the air duct in which the cold air sweeping over the food circulates.
If desired, the room in which the aerosol device is located can also be cooled. For this purpose, an opening leading into this space is arranged behind the fan.
The aerosol device may also create water droplets with the mist, which are carried out of the aerosol device outlet. So that these do not fall onto the evaporator and then freeze there when the mist in the air duct is mixed with the air coming from the evaporator, a deflector plate is expediently arranged above the evaporator. It directs the water droplets to the bottom of the refrigerator next to the evaporator. The air humidity above the display surface of the circulating-air cooling unit can be regulated or kept constant using known means. Hygrostats, for example, are used for this purpose.
The drawings serve for explanation. They show as an embodiment convection refrigerated counters, u. Between Fig. 1 a section through a circulating air refrigerated counter which cools the food displayed on the display surface with moisture-saturated air, Fig. 2 is a plan view of the counter according to Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a section through a circulating air refrigerated counter, in which the goods located under the display area are also cooled, FIG. 4 is a plan view of the devices shown in FIG.
The circulating air refrigerated counter has the heat-insulated wall, a table surface - 2--, a countertop - 3--, the supports facing the service side - 4 - and the glass panes facing the customer side --5--. Inside the counter there is a display area --6 - and a display level - 7 - for the food to be displayed.
The refrigeration system, not shown, has the evaporator --8--. The circulating air duct - 13 - has a suction opening covered with a slotted plate --13 '- and the air baffles 12 and 12' - arranged parallel to the outer longitudinal wall. The circulating air duct contains the evaporator 8 and the fan 9 located above it.

The embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 shows a circulating air refrigerated counter in which the goods located under the display area are also cooled. These goods are stored in the adjoining room 19. It is provided with doors - 22. The doors - 22 - and the outer walls of the adjoining room are thermally insulated. The ceiling - 23 - of the adjoining room - 19 - and its inner wall, which adjoins the room with the fan --9 - and the evaporator - 8 - are understandably not thermally insulated. The ceiling --23-- of the adjoining room --19-- adjoins the circulating air duct --13--. It has an opening. This is provided with an adjustable flap-24-. When the flap --24-- is open, the cooled circulating air also flows through the adjoining room --19--.
The arrows drawn in the figures indicate the directions of flow of the circulating air.
