Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Keimdrüsenhormonen Bekanntermaßen lassen sich das weibliche und auch das männliche Keimdrüsenhormon aus Lösungen leicht an Kohle adsorbieren. Der technischen Gewinnung dieser Hormone durch Kohleadsorption stand bisher entgegen, daß diese Hormone nur schwer und unvollständig aus den Kohleadsorbaten herauszulösen sind. Z o n d e k berichtet über die Rückgewinnung des weiblichen Sexualhormons auf S. 86 seiner Monographie, betitelt: »Die Hormone des Ovariums und des Hypophysenvorderlappens«, daß es ihm nur im günstigsten Falle gelungen ist, mit einer Ausbeute von 65 % das Hormon aus der Kohle Wieder herauszulösen. Ähnliche Verhältnisse gelten für das männliche Keimdrüsenhormon.
