Description
Futterdämpfer Die bisher in der Praxis verwendeten Viehfutterdämpfer haben den Nachteil, daß ein großer Teil des Wärme- und Zeitaufwandes infolge der langen Anheizzeit verlorengeht. Die in den folgenden Ausführungen beschriebene Erfindung bezweckt nun, den vorgenannten Nachteil soweit wie praktisch möglich zu beseitigen, also die Anheizzeit wesentlich zu verkürzen und somit die Wärme- und Zeitverluste bedeutend zu verringern.Feed damper The cattle feed damper used in practice up to now have the disadvantage that a large part of the heat and time required as a result of long heating-up time is lost. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß der für den Wärmeübergang bedeutend günstigere Siedezustand des Wassers wesentlich schneller eintritt und die Wärmeaufnahme des Wassers infolgedessen viel größer ist als bei Wasser im nichtsiedenden Zustande. Der Dampf verläßt das Wasser in dem kreisringförmigen Querschnitt d und tritt durch die Öffnungen e im Schlammfänger in den Dämpfraum f. Der Schlammfänger b sammelt in seinem durch die gelochte Platte g vom Dämpfgut abgeschlossenen Raum h den vom Dämpfgut abtropfenden Schlamm und verhindert somit eine Verunreinigung des zu verdampfenden Wassers und der Heizfläche. Die übrige der .Heizfläche nicht ausgesetzte Wassermenge i wird der Heizfläche durch die kleine Öffnung k im Boden des Behälters d zugeführt.
