findet. The invention relates to a device 1 for the automatic control of the temperature of electric cookers with outward z. B. closed by an insulating hood cooking space. It is known that in cookers of this type the temperature of the food to be cooked depends on the one hand on the heating plate temperature and on the other hand on the temperature of the cooking space. In the previously customary embodiments, the temperature regulators are arranged so that they either respond only to one or the other of the temperatures mentioned. In one case the temperature regulator was built into the hotplate, in the other case one saw an elongated channel in the unheated wall extending deep into the insulation material, "open to the cooking space, in which the temperature regulator was arranged. Both types are does not do justice to the requirements to be placed on electric cookers, since the above-mentioned point of view is not taken into account with them.
According to the invention it is now proposed that with one or more hotplates
Equipped hotplate to connect directly to a temperature controller that protrudes into the cooking space. This gets
you have the advantage that the temperature controller as well as the food under the
Influence of the heating element as well as the cooking space temperature, d. H. the temperature of that
The air surrounding the food to be cooked is available, which enables the controller to always operate at the desired temperature
Address the temperature of the food.
Kochstellen abzuschalten. An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing in two cracks. The stove has two cooking areas' /, which are covered by an insulating hood d , so that a cooking space that is closed off from the outside is formed. A temperature regulator b is attached directly to the hotplate and protrudes into the cooking space. The stove top rests on the iron frame. The switching of the heating elements of the two hotplates / can be made in such a way that the temperature controller b switches off and on some of the power of the hotplate or the full power. Each hotplate / can be switched on or off individually by means of the switch c. It is also possible to provide subdivided heating resistors and to connect the switches to them in such a way that only part of the power can be switched off by them. If temperatures are to be generated with the stove that are above the response temperature of the controller, a switch is provided (not shown in the drawing) which enables the temperature controller to be switched off for individual or all hotplates.
A container e or a channel which is arranged on the outside of the cooker is used to collect the condensate that forms during cooking.
