Elektrische Kocheinrichtung
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine elektrische Kocheinrichtung, wie Herd oder Kocher, mit mindestens zwei Kochplatten, mit welcher auch ohne Vorhandensein eines Backrohres Oberhitze erzeugt und beispielsweise gebacken werden kann.
Erfindungsgemäss ist mindestens eine der Kochplatten des Kochgerätes beweglich bzw. abnehmbar angeordnet, so dass sie wahlweise auf ein, auf einer anderen Kochplatte stehendes Gefäss zwecks Erzeugung von Oberhitze in demselben aufgesetzt werden kann.
Um die bei der beschriebenen Verwendung zweier Platten zur Erzeugung von Oberhitze entwickelte Wärme besser auszunützen, wird der Behälter zweckmässig entweder allein oder mit einer oder beiden Kochplatten mit einem wärmeisolierenden Mantel umgeben.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäss ausgebildeten elektrischen Kochers mit zwei Platten dargestellt. Es zeigen Fig. 1 den Kocher in Seitenansicht in üblicher Verwendung zum Kochen, Fig. 2 den Kocher in Verwendung zum Backen.
Beim Kochgerät 1 ist die Kochplatte 2 feststehend, die Kochplatte 3 beweglich bzw. abnehmbar angeordnet.
Soll das Gerät beispielsweise zum Backen verwendet werden, für welchen Zweck Ober-und Unterhitze benötigt wird, so wird die Platte 3 auf die Öffnung des Topfes 4 aufgelegt (Fig. 2).
Falls erwünscht, kann zwecks besserer Ausnützung der Wärme beim Backen der Topf 4 samt der unteren Kochplatte 2 oder beiden Kochplatten 2 und 3 von einem wärmeisolierenden Mantel 5 (strichliert in Fig. 2) umgeben werden. Eine eingebaute Wanne 6 ermöglicht eine gute Ausnützung der Wärme von Speisen oder Wasser bei normalem Kochen.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Elektrische Kocheinrichtung mit zwei oder mehreren Kochplatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Kochplatten beweglich bzw. abnehmbar angeordnet ist, so dass sie wahlweise auf ein, auf einer anderen Kochplatte stehendes Gefäss zwecks Erzeugung von Oberhitze in demselben aufgesetzt werden kann.

The invention relates to an electric cooking device, such as a stove or cooker, with at least two hotplates, with which top heat can be generated and, for example, baked, even without the presence of an oven.
According to the invention, at least one of the cooking plates of the cooking appliance is movably or detachably arranged so that it can optionally be placed on a vessel standing on another cooking plate in order to generate top heat therein.
In order to make better use of the heat developed during the described use of two plates to generate top heat, the container is expediently surrounded by a heat-insulating jacket either alone or with one or both hotplates.
In the drawing, an embodiment of an inventive electric cooker with two plates is shown. 1 shows the cooker in side view in normal use for cooking, FIG. 2 shows the cooker in use for baking.
In the case of the cooking appliance 1, the cooking plate 2 is stationary and the cooking plate 3 is arranged to be movable or removable.
If the device is to be used, for example, for baking, for which purpose top and bottom heat is required, the plate 3 is placed on the opening of the pot 4 (FIG. 2).
If desired, the pot 4 together with the lower cooking plate 2 or both cooking plates 2 and 3 can be surrounded by a heat-insulating jacket 5 (dashed lines in FIG. 2) for the purpose of better utilization of the heat during baking. A built-in tub 6 enables good use of the heat from food or water during normal cooking.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Electric cooking device with two or more hotplates, characterized in that at least one of the hotplates is movably or detachably arranged so that it can optionally be placed on a vessel standing on another hotplate for the purpose of generating top heat in the same.
