Die Spritze besteht aus drei Haupttheilen: dem Stiefel A, dem Plunger- oder Taucherkolben B und dem Windkessel C. The syringe consists of three main parts: the boot A, the plunger or plunger B, and the air chamber C.

An das untere Ende des Stiefels ist das Saugstück f angeschraubt, in dem sich das Kugelventil g befindet, dessen Hub durch den Stift h begrenzt ist.
