Achse. In the present dough kneading machine, two pairs of agitator blades rotate with opposite one another
Sense of rotation in two horizontal planes lying one above the other. The agitator blades have a
S-shaped shape, they are helically wound and rotate around a common
Axis.
This device is intended to ensure that the dough masses do not get into the tub
be dragged around, but rather stay in one place.
Teig abzukratzen. On a common vertical shaft w sits on a square w ^ the upper agitator blade A, while the underlying blade B , which is located more on the bottom of the tub C , is stuck on the elongated hub c l of a conical wheel c , which in turn is loosely attached to n> . Shaft w wedges firmly on a second conical wheel d. Two conical drive wheels ff 1 engage in these two wheels c and d , which are driven from a shaft g by wheel drive hh 1 and belt pulley i. As can be easily seen, the two pairs of agitator blades A and B have opposite directions of rotation, as indicated in FIG. 2 by arrows. The wings are S-shaped and the arms are twisted in a screw-like manner, which strives for constant turning of the dough. Since the arms are always brought closer to each other due to the opposite direction of rotation, there is strong pressure, i.e. an intimate kneading of the dough. The ends of the arms of the paddle B have adjustable scrapers ss which brush against the wall of the tub C to scrape off the dough that has settled here.
A dough kneading machine, in which two S-shaped and helically wound tubular blades (AB) located on a common axis and rotating in opposite directions rotate in horizontal paths one above the other in such a way that the dough is pressed against the tub wall by the lower stirring blade (B) here the rising dough is removed by scraper (s) attached to the agitator blade and is conveyed down again by the upper agitator blade (A).
