Description
Die Erfindung betrifft Schleppförderer, bei denen in einem Fördergehäuse eine Kette mit den Vorschub des Fördergutes bewirkenden Schleppstegen beweglich ist. Die Erfindung hat den Zweck, die Kette so auszubilden, daß seitlich vorstehende Teile zur Verbindung benachbarter Kettenglieder miteinander in Fortfall kommen und dadurch die Bildung freier Räume zwischen den Seitenflächen der ίο Kettenglieder und den Seitenwänden des Fördergehäuses, in denen ein Festsetzen von Fördergut stattfinden könnte, vermieden wird. Zugleich wird durch die Erfindung die Möglichkeit einer leichten Auswechselung einzelis «er Kettenglieder geschaffen, die bei bekannten Ausführungen von Schleppförderern große Schwierigkeit bietet.The invention relates to drag conveyors in which a chain with a conveyor housing the drag webs causing the feed of the material to be conveyed is movable. Durch die. beschriebene Anordnung kommt eine haltbare Verbindung zwischen den benachbarten Kettengliedern ohne seitlich vorstehende Verbindungsteile und eine sichere Befestigung der Schleppstege b zustande. Wenn an einem Kettengliede eine Auswechselung von Teilen stattfinden soll, so ist es nicht wie bei bekannten Kettenkonstruktionen nötig, das für die Auswechselung in Frage kommende Kettenglied gegen das benachbarte zu drehen, und damit dies möglich wird, die Kette so weit zu bewegen, daß das schadhaft gewordene Kettenglied aus dem' Fördergehäuse heraustritt, sondern die Auswechselung kann in beliebiger Lage des Kettengliedes vorgenommen werden, weil nichts weiter nötig ist, als ein bei jeder Lage des Kettengliedes vorzunehmendes Herausnehmen des Steges b aus seiner Lagerung nach dem Lösen der den Steg haltenden Stifte i, und nach Fortnahme des Steges b die Gelenkbolzen e frei nach innen verschoben werden können.The bolts e end on the outside at the side surfaces of the heads c and on the inside carry heads / of a rectangular shape, which bear against surfaces g of the heads c, so that a displacement of the hinge pins outward is prevented.
