Maschinenfabrik Oerlikon in Oerlikon, Schweiz Auf einem Isolator aufgebauter Hochspannungs-Ölschalter Maschinenfabrik Oerlikon in Oerlikon, Switzerland High-voltage oil switch mounted on an insulator
Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 21. November 1930 abPatented in the German Empire on November 21, 1930
Einbuchtungen 10 angebracht. Wenn derThe invention relates to a high-voltage oil switch which is arranged on an insulator and the supporting structure of which is guided through the live, lowerable boiler serving as electrical shielding. According to the invention, this supporting structure consists of several support tubes distributed around the circumference within the boiler, through which the power supply lines and the switching linkage are passed and some of which are used to guide the air. In addition to the favorable use of space and great stability, this enables advantageous accommodation of the lines and drive parts and convenient venting of the switch. Furthermore, according to the invention, the boiler shell has a lower extension which slides over the support insulator when the boiler is lowered. This also protects the exposed parts of the support tubes, etc. Finally, indentations are made on the boiler shell which form wind catchers when the switch is set up in the open air and guide an air stream through openings in the switch cover into the interior of the switch, which flows out again through openings in the opposite direction. In this way, the switch boiler is continuously ventilated.
In the embodiment of the subject matter of the invention shown in the schematic drawing in a longitudinal and in a cross section, ι represents the outwardly electrically well shielding jacket of the oil boiler with the lower extension 2. Through the boiler is the frame supporting the switch, consisting of four tubes 3 ... 6 (Fig. 2). In one part of the tubes are the drive shaft 8 and the current conductor 9, which extend through the load-bearing insulator 7. In order to keep the contacts at the greatest possible distance from the boiler wall and supporting structure with the smallest possible outer dimensions of the boiler, not a single tube is provided that serves as a support and to accommodate the shaft and current conduction, which would have to be kept relatively large for reasons of strength and through the center of the boiler would have to be performed, but several smaller pipes distributed around the circumference. This allows the contacts to be placed in the middle of the boiler, i.e. at the greatest distance from the boiler wall and the support tubes. The tube 3 contains the shaft 8 ', the tube 4 the power line 9', while through the tubes 5 and 6 air after. can circulate above the oil. In order to make the air renewal of this space particularly favorable, several indentations 10 are made on the boiler wall, distributed around the circumference. If the
If the switch is set up outdoors, the wind will get caught in these indentations penetrates through the rainproof openings 11 of the cover into the switch room, so that the switching gases produced in it as a result of the draft through the openings be driven out on the opposite side.

Since there are gears under tension inside this jacket, which, without a coat, have strong electrical emissions due to their sharp edges the surrounding metal jacket prevents equal tension due to its round shape Form of large diameter the electrical radiation of the apparatus to the outside. It also protects the transmission from rain.
