Verfahren zur Herstellung von lufttrocknenden Lacken In dem Hauptpatent 55825o ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Umsetzungsprodukten aus den Vereinigungsprodukten von Phenol-Aldehyd-Harzen und lufttrocknenden Ölen mit organischen Säureanhydriden oder Säurechloriden beschrieben. Aus den Lösungen der nach diesem Verfahren hergestellten Umsetzungsprodukte erhält man lufttrocknende Anstriche, die in bezug auf Härte, Elastizität und Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen chemische Einwirkungen, mechanische Beanspruchungen und Belichtung vorzügliche Eigenschaften aufweisen. Die Umsetzungsprodukte sind in den in der Industrie der Harz- und Celluloselacke üblichen Lösungsmitteln, wie z. B. B. Nitrocelluloselösungen, Kautschuk, andere Kunstharze oder natürliche Harze oder Wachse oder fette oder magere Harzlacke zusetzt. Die Lösungen der Umsetzungsstoffe sind mit den genannten Stoffen bzw. deren Lösungen mischbar, und die Lösungen der Mischungen ergeben vorzügliche Lackschichten. Durch den Zusatz der genannten Stoffe ist die Möglichkeit gegeben, die Eigenschaften der hergestellten Lacke weitestgehend zu variieren bzw. zu beeinflussen. Der Zusatz von Nitrocellulose erhöht die Geschwindigkeit der Trocknung, während der Zusatz der anderen genannten Stoffe z. B. zur Erhöhung der Plastizität und Widerstandsfähigkeit beiträgt. Beim Mischen der Lösungen der nach dem Hauptpatent hergestellten Umsetzungsprodukte mit Lösungen von Cellulosederivaten erhält man außerordentlich rasch auftrocknende Lackschichten. Dadurch wird die Gefahr des Verschmutzen. der Lackschichten während des Trocknens durch Staub o. dgl. wesentlich verringert und außerdem das Auftragen mehrerer Laeküberzüge bei sehr kurzen Zwischenzeiten ermö--licht. Beispiel i . 16,7 Gewichtsprozent eines nach dem Haupt- patent hergestellten Kunstharzes, 16,7 - Nitrocellulose, 16,7 - Aceton, 10,0 - Toluol, 33,3 - Butylacetat, , 4.,1 - Spiritus, 2,0 - Äthyllactat, 0,5 - Methylhexalin. Beispiel e i5,o Gewichtsprozent Kopalöllack, 15,0 - eines nach dem Haupt- patent hergestellten Kunstharzes, 70,0 - Terpentinöl. Als KopaI8IIack kann ein beliebiger handelsüblicher Lack beigemischt werden. U. a. wurde auch z. B. ein Sud aus 15 Teilen Kongokopal, io Teilen Leinöl und 5 Teilen Holzöl angewandt. Beispiel 3 io,o Gewichtsprozent eines nach dem Haupt- patent hergestellten Kunstharzes, 1,5 - Kautschuk, 78,5 - Toluol, 10,0 - Spiritus.
