Die Entwicklerkammern e sind je durch ein mit einem Hahn f versehenes Rohr g mit dem oberen Teil der Gasglocke b in Verbindung gebracht, durch welche Rohre das entwickelte Gas in die Gasglocke b abströmt. Ein nahe dem unteren Rand in der Gasglocke b beginnendes Wasserzulaufrohrla gabelt sich in Zweigrohre i, welche je durch einen Hahn k absperrbar sind und oberhalb der Carbidpatrone in die Entwicklerkammern e münden.
