Description
Hierbei konnte man jedoch keinenIn order to be able to reliably guide the milling cutter of corner inlet devices in a gauge, it must be equipped with a guide stone and with a bearing housing serving as a handle. So that you can use the guide stone at the same time as cutter protection and to adjust the depth of the groove to be milled, the former is according to the invention resiliently axially displaceable in an intermediate sleeve and this adjustable and lockable external thread attached to the bearing housing of the cutter spindle.
In and of themselves, resiliently displaceable protective sleeves, which also serve to guide a tool, are known for the drills of woodworking machines. Here, however, the protective sleeve should only be inserted into the round recesses of a drilling jig and then the rotating drill should be pushed through the workpiece. A transverse movement and manual guidance of the tool in the teaching as well as a depth limitation of the effect are not considered. In contrast, it has been proposed in the case of corner inlet apparatuses to arrange a guide ring loosely rotatable on the milling head and to arrange an adjusting ring on this so that it can be screwed. But you couldn't do one here
Provide cutter protection. In addition, one had to accept the disadvantage that two Parts that can be screwed against each other touch the gauge and accidentally move can adjust against each other, so that the depth setting is always at risk.
It is also the case with window corner recess milling cutters became known to use the cutter guide as a cutter protection by using a spring in the hand guide at the end of the flexible drive shaft pushed over the milling cutter as soon as the hand pressure on the router ceases, the setting of the routing depth by adjusting the screw of the Handle sleeve on a thread of the end sleeve of the flexible shaft together with a fuse happens through a lock nut. The flexible shaft must be used to set the milling depth are held, which easily leads to damage. The introduction given at the beginning the intermediate sleeve on the handle allows the milling depth to be set quickly, without having to let go of the handle, with the same good use of the guide stone for protection.
The drawing illustrates an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 1 shows the milling guide device in front view. Fig. 2 is an axial section. Fig. 3 adjusts the guide stone with the intermediate sleeve on a slightly larger scale the screwing out of the bearing housing of the milling spindle in a front view. Fig. 4 is an axial section through the parts shown in Fig. 3.
Der Fräser ίο ist in den Gegenkonus ι inThe milling cutter ίο is in the counter cone ι in
bekannter Weise eingesetzt. The latter is rotatable by means of the ball bearings 2 and 3 in the handle 4 is supported and at the same time against axial displacements with respect to the the latter secured. The upper end of the mating cone 1 can easily be threaded through a thread to a flexible shaft or to another drive device in a manner known per se be connected.
The lowest part of the handle ^ has an internal thread into which the sleeve 5 is screwed is. By means of the lock nut 9, the respective position of the sleeve 5 can be compared the handle 4 secure. This type of connection between the two parts facilitates removing the sleeve 5. In the latter, the guide part 6 is axial movable. By screws 7, which are screwed into the sleeve 5 and. with your engage free end in slots of the guide block 6, the latter is against rotation secured. A spring 8, the upper end of which is attached to an inwardly directed flange the sleeve 5 and its other end rests against the guide stone 6, pushing it continuously downwards, so that when not in use, the upper end of the slots provided in the guide block 6 attach to the screws 7 create. In this position, the guide stone 6 protects the milling cutter from damage. In a manner known per se, the lowermost part of the guide block 6 has four im. Square flat to each other Outer sides that are inserted into the slot of the milling jig after it has been attached to the Workpiece, e.g. B. a window frame attached. The top of this square Steines is limited by a covenant that is based on the leadership theory. supports and thereby holds the stone 6 at a certain height above the workpiece. Will be at Use the handle 4 together with the sleeve S and the milling cutter 10 after insertion of the guide stone 6 is pressed down into a milling +5 gauge, the milling cutter 10 penetrate the workpiece only to a certain depth and then make a slot work into this from an appropriate depth. Since the stone 6 and the sleeve 5 enclose the cutter, these parts serve as cutter protection by bringing the cutter closer prevent foreign parts on the cutter and in particular attack the latter. Since the guide stone 6 is easily under the influence when removing the milling cutter the spring 8 pushes over the cutter, so there are injuries to the user and malfunctions of any other kind or injuries to the workpiece due to careless handling of the milling device are excluded.
