Mit der in Fig. 1 in der Vorderansicht, in Fig. 2 im Grundrifs und in Fig. 3 im Querschnitt nach a-b dargestellten Maschine werden die in Fig. 6 gezeichneten Wulstenfalze an den vier Seiten der Rauten, Fig. 1, angebogen. Die Herstellungsweise ist folgende: Die zugeschnittenen Bleche werden in der Richtung c-d, Fig. 3 und 4, in die Maschine so weit geschoben, dafs der Rand des Bleches in der Breite des Falzes e, Fig. 5 und 6, bei c hervorsteht. Durch Aufkippen der beweglichen Biegewange mit dem Hebel·^ in die in Fig. 3 punktirte Lage wird der vorstehende Blechrand um die profilirte Biegeleiste g herum in die gewünschte Form gebogen. Nach dem Zurücklegen der Biegewange / wird die profilirte Leiste g sammt der Traverse h, an welcher g befestigt ist, um etwa 20 mm in die Höhe gehoben, was durch Umlegen des Handhebels i in der Pfeilrichtung geschieht.
