Tonbildaufnahmeverfahren Bei der Aufnahme bzw. Herstellung von Tonfilmen,
d. h. solcher Filme, bei denen zeitlich, übereinstimmend mit der kinematographischen
Aufnahme der Handlung, auch die dabei entstehenden oder erzeugten Töne, Geräusche
usw. auf irgendeine Art aufgenommen und festgelegt werden sollen, bestehen noch
große Schwierigkeiten, die in der Eigenart des technischen Vorganges bei der Herstellung
und Aufnahme der Tonfilme verankert sind. Bekanntlich wurde bisher so verfahren,
daß man gleichzeitig mit der Aufnahme der Handlung auch den dabei erzeugten Ton,
Geräusche usw. durch geeignete Mittel festlegte. Dabei ist es unmöglich, daß sich
der z. B. singende Darsteller einerseits so bewegt und verhält, wie es Szene, Bild
und Handlung erfordert, und sich andererseits dabei gleichzeitig so vor das Aufnahmemikrophon
stellt, wie dies, um eine gute Tonaufnahme zu erzielen, nötig wäre. Abgesehen von
den umständlichen, kostspieligen und hinderlichen Vorsichtsmaßregeln, die getroffen
und berücksichtigt werden mußten, um nicht auch andere, nicht gewollte Geräusche
ins Mikrophon zu bringen. Diesen Übelständen hat man schon dadurch abzuhelfen
versucht, daß man zuerst die Bildhandlung kinematographisch aufnahm und dann, nach
Fertigstellung des Filmes, diesen den Tonerzeugern vorführte und bei diesem Vorgange
die erzeugten Töne, Musik, Gesang usw., durch ein Mikrophon aufnahm. Dieses Verfahren
gestattete wohl, daß sich die Darsteller bei der kinematographischen Aufnahme der
Handlung so bewegen durften, wie es mit Rücksicht auf eine gute Bildwirkung erforderlich
war, und daß sich die Tonerzeuger so vor dem Mikrophon auf-, stellen konnten, wie
es mit Rücksicht auf eine möglichst günstige Tonfestlegung nötig war, brachte aber
wieder den Nachteil mit sich, daß dadurch, daß Bild- und Tonaufnahme in zwei getrennten
Phasen vor sich ging, die Übereinstimmung zwischen Ton und Bild leiden und störende
