Wachs, auf, welcher aus durch schmale Zwischenräume getrennten Blöcken besteht und mit diesen Zwischenräumen die Bildung der versteifenden Rippen vorschreibt, auch durch seine eigene Dicke die Höhe der Rippen bestimmt. Nunmehr setzt man die Bildung des Metallniederschlages 'fort und erhält so das versteifende Rippensystem. Bei dieser Arbeitsweise bedarf es zwischen den beiden Niederschlagsvorgängen zur Bildung der Metallhaut und zur Bildung der Rippen keiner irgend-,vie gearteten Bearbeitung des zuerst erzeugten Niederschlages, und es besteht vollkommene Sicherheit, daß sich der Metallniederschlag allenthalben unmittelbar an den ersten metallisch anschließt. Das beschriebene Verfahren eignet sich auch besser zur Herstellung von Fenstern mit stark gekrümmter Fläche.According to the invention, the procedure is reversed.
