Die Vorrichtung gemäß vorliegender Erfindung soll diese Mängel beseitigen

zusammengenieteten oder geschraubten Tellern in der Größe eines Eigelbs, wovon der

die Teller stehen, abschließt. Über den Tellern befindet sich ein Führungstrichter,
welcher bezweckt, daß nach Durchfallen des Eiinhalts das Eigelb genau auf den kleinen
Teller fällt, während das Eiweiß ringsherum in den Ablauftrichter läuft, welcher
von dem unteren Teller abgesperrt ist. Diese beiden miteinander verbundenen Teller
sind mit einer als Griff dienenden Welle starr verbunden, und bei entsprechender
Drehung dieser Welle schlägt der obere, das Eigelb enthaltende Teller an den mit
einem entsprechenden Durchgangsloch versehenen Ständer, durch welches hindurch das
Eigelb infolge der Schwenkbewegung über ein Ablaufblech in eine Schüssel abfällt.
Bei Eintritt der Schwenkbewegung wird das bisher von dem unteren Teller versperrte
Abflußloch ebenfalls freigegeben, durch welches das Eiweiß in das Vorratsgefäß abläuft.
Der Ständer ist oben messerartig zum Aufschlagen der Eier ausgebildet. Die zwei
starr verbundenen Teller kehren infolge ihres Eigengewichtes immer wieder in ihre
