Dabei findet auch sehr leicht- einerseits eine Beschädigung der Preßstücke, anderseits und besonders eine Beschädigung der Form selbst statt, wodurch das Herausheben des Preßstücks aus der Form noch mehr erschwert wird. Etwaige hierdurch notwendige Nachbearbeitungen an der metallischen Form sind kostspielig und ändern deren Abmessungen und damit diejenigen der darin hergestellten Preßstficke. An der geschilderten Sachlage wird auch dadurch nichts geändert, daß man bei der Herstellung derartiger Preßstücke besondere Maßnahmen anwendet, wie z. B. Einschneiden der Materialblätter an den Rändern, Zusammensetzen der zu pressenden Stücke aus kleineren Einzelstücken u. dgl., wie dies beispielsweise für die Herstellung von Kollektorringen aus Mikanit mit Hilfe kammartig eingeschnittener Mikanitstreifen und sogenannter Streifenringe aus einer größeren Zahl radial zusammengelegter kleiner Mikanitstreifen üblich ist.Protective insert for molds for pressing layered material; such as micanite, hard paper and the like.
