Zickzacknähmaschine mit quer zur Nährichtung verschiebbarem Stoffschieber
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine weitere Ausbildung der Zickzacknähmaschine mit
quer zur Nährichtung verschiebbarem Stoffschieber nach Patent 5oi 287, und
besteht die Verbesserung darin, daß eine auf der Stichplatte, in welcher sich der
Querstoffschieber führt, angeordnete beliebig ausgestaltete Lochstichplatte einerseits
an der Stichplatte oder sonst einem unbeweglichen Teil der Nähmaschine einen Drehpunkt
und andererseits, zweckmäßig diesem Drehpunkt gegenüberliegend, am Querstoffschieber
mit Nadelstichloch einen Angriffs- bzw. Mitnehmerpunkt besitzt. Der O_uerstoffschieber
erhält seine Querverschiebung unmittelbar vom verstellbaren Exzenter, so daß mit
der Veränderung der Hubweite des Verbindungsarmes vom Exzenter zum Querstoffschieber
sowohl die seitlichen Verschiebungen des letzteren als auch in unmittelbarer Verbindung
damit die Schwenkweite der Lochstichplatte veränderbar ist. -Auf der Zeichnung ist
die Zickzacknähmaschine gemäß der Erfindung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt,
und zwar zeigt Abb. i eine Draufsicht auf die Stichplatte, Abb. a eine Unteransicht
des Antriebes, Abb. 3 einen Schnitt nach Linie A-B der Abb. i, Abb. q. eine Draufsicht
auf die Stichplatte mit Stellhebel und Abb. 5 einen teilweisen Schnitt derselben.
Das von der Greiferwelle a aus mittels Räderübersetzung angetriebene Exzenter b
ist in seiner Exzentrizität durch das Gestänge c von der Oberseite der Nähmaschine
aus verstellbar, und hängt die Hubweite des Verbindungsarmes d mit dieser Verstellung
zusammen, welcher direkt an den Querstoffschieber e angreift und diesen seitlich-
