Description
Federkippspannwerk für Gasmesser mit zwei meßräumen Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schaltvorrichtung für trockene Gaszähler, bei der nur eine Feder für die Umsteuerung und Zuhaltung der Ventile verwendet wird. Der Fortschritt gegenüber bekannten Konstruktionen dieser Art besteht darin, daß der Ventilhebel in seinen Endlagen nicht durch ein Gesperre gehalten wird, sondern durch Federdruck, der durch die Bewegung des Membranhebels erzeugt wird. Der Federdruck lastet nicht direkt auf dem Ventilhebel, sondern unter Zwischenschaltung einer Koppel, die während der Schaltperiode wechselweise als ein- oder zweiarmiger Hebel wirkt.Spring tilting mechanism for gas meters with two measuring spaces The invention refers to a switching device for dry gas meters in which only one Spring is used for reversing and locking the valves. Der Ventilhebel 3 hat einen Ausschnitt 4, in dem sich eine Rolle 5 abwälzen kann, die an einem Ende der Koppel 6 angebracht ist. Die Koppel 6 ist mit ihrem anderen Ende im Schlitz a des Membranhebels geführt. Dieses Ende der Koppel steht unter Wirkung der Zugfeder 7, die in Längsrichtung des Hebels i angeordnet ist. Auf der Koppel 6 befindet sich noch ein kreisförmiges Anschlagstück 8, daß in derselben Ebene wie Rolle 5 innerhalb des Ausschnittes 4 gelagert ist.An embodiment of the invention is shown in Figs. Die Rolle 5 bewegt sich dabei nach der der Anfangsstellung gegenüberliegenden Seite zu, bis das Umschalten eintritt. Die Zuhaltung der Ventile erfolgt, solange die Koppel als einarmiger Hebel wirkt, dadurch, daß die Reaktion des Federdruckes durch die Koppel auf den Ventilhebel übertragen wird und ein im Sinne des Ventilschlusses gerichtetes' Drehmoment erzeugt.
