  1. PatEnt-Anspruch:
    Die weitere Ausbildung des durch das Patent No. 50295 geschützten Verfahrens zur Ausnutzung desselben:
    a) für Pfähle von Pfahlbauten: durch Anordnung einer oben mittelst Pfropfens verschlossenen Bohrung im oberen Theile des Pfahles;
    b) für Eisenbahnschwellen: durch Anordnung horizontaler Bohrungen.
