Description
Funnel catcher for: clarifying .the wastewater from paper and .similar Factories There are funnel traps known, in which the wastewater is the clarification room is fed on all sides in a horizontal plane. Here is also the Entrance level of the wastewater in the middle zone of the clarification room or in its vicinity has been relocated. According to the invention come in such funnel catchers in which So the sewage to the sewage room in a horizontal, in or near the center of the clarification tank lying level is supplied on all sides, which is otherwise general Means provided in the case of funnel catchers for the compulsory management of the wastewater (Guide walls and the like) in discontinuation. This ensures that the flow velocity affects itself in a horizontal plane and eddies that cause the settling of the Fibers hinder being turned off. Any management of the sewage within the Settling space through partition walls, as they are otherwise generally used, leads to a compulsory direction, which by impact or vortex the settling of the fibers. Internals also reduce the size of the clarification room; Constrictions and channels increase the flow velocity of the wastewater. The fabric hanger after the Invention, the sewage enters calmly and evenly through a slot in the middle of the clarification room and spreads evenly on all sides. The flow curves are mainly horizontal and there is no downward impact instead of. There should also be no centrifugal force and no separation from heavy ones and light admixtures take place. The device according to the invention has one Significantly better clarification of the wastewater as a result, since any disturbance of the sedimentation particles is avoided. There will be a significant increase in performance with otherwise the same dimensions achieved.
