Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Scheibenwicklungen mit abwechselnd von innen nach außen und von außen nach innen gewickelten Spulen Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren, durch das es ermöglicht werden soll, Scheibenwicklungen, wie sie insbesondere für Transformatoren in Betracht kommen, fortlauf end, also ohne Lötstellen zwischen den einzelnen Scheibenspulen, herzustellen. Dieses Verfahren beruht dabei auf dem an sich bekannten Gedanken, abwechselnd von innen nach außen und von außen nach innen zu wickeln. Um das praktisch zu verwirklichen, soll dabei in der Weise vorgegangen werden, daß ein Ring benutzt wird, in den anschließend an die von innen nach außen gewickelte Spule jeweils die benachbarte Spule im gleichen Wickelsinne von außen nach innen eingelegt wird. Das geschieht mittels .eines Ringes b, dessen Durchmesser dem Außendurchinesser der Spule i entspricht und der iii gleicher Richtung mit dem Kern a umläuft. Wenn auf diese Weise die Spule 2 fertiggestellt ist, wird sie auf den Kern a übergeführt und dort neben der Spule i aufgereiht. Beide Spulen 1, 2 werden dabei erforderlichenfalls derart gegeneinander verdreht, daß das sie verbindende Leiterstück sich innerhalb der Außenkontur der Spulen hält.
