Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Rohren durch schraubenförmiges Wickeln eines Blechstreifens Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Maschine zur Herstellung von Rohren durch schraubenförmiges Wickeln eines Blechstreifens, bei dem die einzelnen Windungen stumpf miteinander verschweißt und beim Schweißen gegeneinandergepreßt werden. Das Neue besteht darin, daß die Gegeneinanderdrückung der miteinander zu verschweißenden Blechstreifenkanten dadurch erfolgt, daß der bereits fertiggestellte Teil des Rohres etwas mit Bezug auf die Wickelachse des Rohres abgebogen wird. Diese Abbiegung des fertigen Teiles des Rohres kann äußerst zweckmäßig und leicht durch eine im Winkel verstellbare Führungsvorrichtung vorgenommen werden, durch welche das fertige Rohr hindurchgeht. Durch eine Verstellung der Führungsvorrichtung etwas winklig zur Wickelachse des Rohres findet eine äußerst günstige Zusammendrückung der Windungen statt. Das ist wesentlich, da das fertige Rohrstück i bei der Herstellung des Rohres gemeinsam mit dem ungeschweißten Rohrstück umlaufen muß. Der Anfang des Rohres muß ohne Andrückung der Kanten geschweißt werden, damit zunächst ein in die Führungsvorrichtung einzuführendes Rohrstück erzeugt wird.
