Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Wassergas aus Kohlenstaub und Wasserdampf Bei der Herstellung von Wassergas aus Staubkohle und Wasserdampf wird entweder der Wasserdampf allein, zweckmäßig aber der Wasserdampf vermischt mit schon erzeugtem Wassergas in Regeneratoren auf die nötige Reaktionstemperatur gebracht. Hierauf wird dieses Gemisch einem Reaktionsraum zugeführt, wo ihm Staubkohle zugesetzt wird und wo dann die Wassergaserzeugung stattfindet. Entsprechend der Reaktionsdauer und dem zugesetzten Material muß dieser Reaktionsraum eine gewisse Länge haben. Die Erfindung schlägt nun vor, diesem Reaktionsraum nicht nur an seinem Anfang, sondern vom Anfang des Raumes fortschreitend gegen das Ende dauernd hocherhitztes Wassergas zuzusetzen.
