Durch die verschieden schräg zur Drehachse verlaufende Einstellungsmöglichkeit jeder einzelnen Schaufel wird eine kräftige Durchwirbelung und Bearbeitung der Butterungsflüssigkeit und damit eine rasche und vollkommene Abscheidung der Butterteilchen bewirkt.
