Electromagnetic Horn The invention relates to an electromagnetic horn
Horn of the type with an anchor carried by the membrane between the membrane
and magnets is arranged and wherein the armature on one in the circuit of the magnet coil
lying interrupter acts in the axial direction of the solenoid. In such
Types, however, the axially acting on the interrupter lever bolt must be the whole
Magnets enforce, and the breaker must be in the space behind the electromagnet
be arranged. Both the opening of the magnet along its entire height as
also in particular the placement of the breaker on the back of the magnet
brings disadvantages with regard to the structural implementation as well as with regard to
the manufacturing costs with it.
Here the invention improves by a cheaper, space-saving one
and simpler arrangement, the special characteristics of which are that the breaker contact carrier
are laid in a recess of the magnet on the side facing the membrane.
Compared to other types with a breaker arranged to the side of the armature
the design according to the invention has the advantage that tilting vibrations, which are an impure
Producing sound and adversely affecting the durability of the membrane are avoided.
elektrischen Horns. In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is illustrated,
namely the Fig. i shows in axial section the housing of a designed according to the invention
electric horn.
Fig. A corresponds to a plan view of this housing in the direction of the
Arrow A seen, and that is intended to be removed cover, membrane and anchor.
Abb.3 zeigt eine Seitenansicht des Magneten.Fig.3 shows a side view of the magnet.
23 gegen die Mutter 34 anpreßt.i is the housing between edge z and cover 3, by screws q. attached, the membrane 5 carries. The horn 6, which is only partially shown, is attached to the cover. The attachment of the housing i to the motor vehicle is only indicated. It takes place with the aid of a bridge 7 which is fastened to the housing i with screws 8, and this bridge 7 is then penetrated in its central part by a fastening bolt 9 to be attached to the motor vehicle in a suitable manner. The membrane 5 carries the armature i4. The fastening is done in such a way that a loose clamping piece io by nuts 1z on the threaded bolt i3 firmly connected to the armature against one on the armature 1q. also fixed clamping piece ii is pulled with the interposition of the membrane 5. The anchor 1q. ends in the direction of the magnet in a pin 15 which is able to act on an interrupter lever 16. This interrupter lever carries, assigned to the bolt 15, an insulating piece 17 at its end. It also carries a contact piece 1 8 and is Zn a bracket 1 9 firmly clamped. The contact piece 18, which is carried by the resilient interrupter lever 16 (flat spring), is assigned a correspondingly designed, fixed counter-contact piece 2o, which is also fastened in the Bockig by a plate 2i and screw 22. The bracket i9 is carried by a support 23 which is bent at both ends at an angle, so that the one bracket 24 is fastened by a screw 25 to the inner wall of the housing i, while the other bracket 26 by a screw 27 with the Bock i9 is connected and at the same time firmly connects the interrupter lever 16 to the Bock i9. The magnet 28 is designed as a pot magnet and has the shape shown in the side view Fig.3. In the middle recess 29 (see. Fig. 3) there is space for the interrupter and is able to reach into this recess up to the membrane or armature axis, so that the armature acts completely centrally on the interrupter. The lateral recesses 30 and 31 are used to accommodate the magnet winding 32. In order to give the bracket i9 carrying the interrupter lever 16 a completely secure hold in the housing i, the support 23 is intercepted on the side wall of the housing i with the aid of a screw 33. This screw 33 passes through the wall of the housing i with its head, then the support 23 and carries a nut 34 on the end of its threaded shaft in such a way that the support 23 can be tightened against the side wall of the housing. In order to achieve a frictional connection with this support in both directions, a compression spring 35 is used, which presses the support 23 against the nut 34.
