Description
Vorrichtung zum Trocknen von Waren; insbesondere lackierter Gegenstände Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes ist eine Vorrichtung zum Trocknen lackierter Gegenstände mittels eines kreisenden Luftstromes, aus dem durch Ausschleudern ständig ein mit Dämpfen und Staub angereicherter Teil entfernt wird. Die ausgeblasene Druckluft wird dann durch Frischluft ersetzt: Nach der Erfindung wird die Vorrichtung dadurch verbessert, daß in dem Frischluftstutzen eine Ozonisierungsvorrichtung für die eintretende Luft eingebaut ist. Es wird also die ausgeschiedene Luftmenge jeweils ersetzt durch einen entsprechenden Teil ozonisierter Luft, und es hat sich gezeigt, daß damit die Wirkung der Vorrichtung erheblich verbessert wird. Die Verwendung von Ozon bei Trokkenvorgängen ist insofern an sich schon bekannt, als man mit Isolierfirnissen behandelte Leitungen in Räumen behandelt hat, in denen Ozon erzeugt wurde. Der Vorteil der neuen Vorrichtung besteht demgegenüber darin, daß jeweils die mit Dünsten beladen-. abgeführte Luftmenge durch eine entsprechende Menge ozonhaltiger Luft ersetzt und durch diese Behandlung im Kreislauf ein schnelleres Trocknen und die Erzeugung guter Ware bewirkt wird.Device for drying goods; especially painted objects The subject of the main patent is a device for drying painted objects by means of a circulating air stream, from which by being centrifuged constantly a Steam and dust enriched part is removed.
