Statt des Asphalts, also eines stromdurchlässigen Stoffes, kann das Aufkleben der Rippen durch einen porösen Stoff, etwa poröses Hartgummi, nach Patent 425 770 geschehen. Endlich können die Rippen durch eine Art Vernietung auf dem Blech befestigt werden, indem bei ihrer Herstellung ihr Material durch die Löcher des Bleches dringt. Dieselben Befestigungsweisen können auch bei gewellten Blechen oder solchen mit gelochten Hohlrippen Anwendung finden, wobei durch Ausfüllen einzelner Wellentäler oder der Hohlrippen durch die porösen Rippen das Blech gegen das Flachdrücken der Wellen oder Hohlrippen widerstandsfähig gemacht wird.
