1. D-Pantolactonhydrolase, gekennzeichnet wie folgt:
(a) Wirkung: sie setzt Pantolacton um unter Erzeugung der entsprechenden Säure;
(b) Substratspezifität: sie setzt spezifisch D-Pantolacton um, aber nicht L-Pantolacton;
(c) pH-Stabilität: sie ist im pH-Bereich 5-9 stabil;
(d) pH-Optimum: 7,0-7,5;
(e) Temperaturoptimum: ca. 500C; und
(f) Wirkung verschiedener Metallionen oder Inhibitoren: sie wird durch Cd2+, Hg2+, Cu2+ oder EDTA gehemmt.
2. Mikrobiologisches Verfahren für die Herstellung von D-Pantolactonhydrolase, gekennzeichnet durch die Züchtung eines Mikroorganismus mit der Fähigkeit zur Produktion von D-Pantolactonhydrolase, der zur Gattung Fusarium. Cvlindrocarpon. Gibberella. Aspercrillus. Penicillium f Rhizopus. Volutella. Gliocladium. Eurotium. Nectoria r Schizophyllum. Myrothecium. Neurospora. Acremonium.
