Flüssigkeitserhitzer mit Ummantelung Die Erfindung betrifft einen
Wandflüssigkeitserhitzer mit Ummantelung, und im besonderen eine zweckmäßige Bauart
der Umniantelung. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese aus zwei im Horizontalquerschnitt U-förmigen
oder rinnenartigen Teilen (Schalen) hergestellt, die lösbar miteinander verbunden
sind, und zwar in der Weise, daß die senkrechten Schalenseitenwände mit ihren Kanten
gegeneinander zu liegen kommen oder mit ihren Flächen sich übereinanderschieben.
Die einzelnen Erhitzerteile werden an der einen Schale (Wandteil) befestigt, die
auch zum Anbringen an der Wand eingerichtet ist. Diese Schale wird durch den dem
Zimmer zugewandten Ummantelungsteil (Vorderteil) zu einem den Erhitzer mit seinem
Zubehör umschließenden Hohlkörper ergänzt. An der Ober- und Unterseite kann die
Ummantelung bis auf die nötigen Durchtrittsöffnungen für die Luft bzw. für die Abgase
durch Anordnung oberer und gegebenenfalls auch unterer Abschlußwände geschlossen
sein, so daß sie aus muldenförmigen Teilen gebildet wird, die etwa durch Pressen
oder nach dem Ziehverfahren hergestellt werden. Zweckmäßig läßt man den Wandteil
konsolartig oben weiter als unten vorkragen, so da?) auf seiner Oberwand die Abgasleitung
mit ihrem Zubehör (Kückstausicherung u. dgl.) Platz findet, während er unten nur
wenig oder gar nicht vorkragt, so daß die hier anzubringenden Armaturteile u. dgl.
von allen Seiten frei zugänglich sind. Die Verbindung der beiden Mantelteile miteinander
kann in beliebiger Weise, beispielsweise durch einen Schiebefalz, erfolgen oder
auch in der Weise, daß die Vorderkante der oberen Begrenzungsfläche des Wandteiles
nach oben abgebogen und der Vorderteil mit seinem entsprechend gebogenen Oberrand
darüber gehängt wird. Unten oder seitlich werden die beiden Teile dann etwa durch
Haken oder Schrauben miteinander verbunden. Bei konsolartiger Gestaltung des Wandleiles
entsteht seitlich eine etwa diagonal verlaufende Verbindungslinie, die geradlinig
oder auch treppenförmig abgesetzt gestaltet sein kann. Im unteren Teil des so entstandenen
FIohlkörpers sind die Luftöffnungen für den Brenner und etwa sonst nötige Öffnungen
