Paper and board machine The invention relates to a paper and board machine
Board machine with a cylinder mold section and a fourdrinier wire section behind it,
in which the paths of these two parts are couched together, and it exists
in that the web of the cylinder mold lying on a felt behind its couchette
the upper side of a second felt is released, which it just before the couch
the Fourdrinier section lays on the paper web leaving this, and that on the latter
in front of the couchette of the fourdrinier section of a transfer felt between this
Fourdrinier section and one arranged in a manner known per se on a higher floor
second Fourdrinier section is provided, yet another paper web is deposited.
Such a machine has the advantage that it has a simple arrangement
the transfer is easily given the opportunity to use the lower fourdrinier section
alone and the lower cylinder mold section alone or both sections run together
as the transfer felts do not touch the cylinder molds or fourdrinier wires anywhere.
The transfer felt between the upper and lower fourdrinier couches
has the advantage that when the machine or the upper fourdrinier web starts up
the transfer to the lower fourdrinier does not take place until the upper one
Fourdrinier web runs accordingly, d. H. the possible Gautsch break of the upper Fourdrinier web
is not carried along, but falls into the space between the upper couch
and the transfer felt, such that thereby. a much simpler and less
Attention-demanding operation of the double Fourdrinier machine is guaranteed
will. With such a machine, with which, if only the lower fourdrinier section in
Activity is set as with an ordinary Fourdrinier section
can, while it enables the production of duplex cardboard when both fourdrinier sections
be put into action, and from triplex cardboard when all three lots, d. H.
the two fourdrinier sections and the cylinder mold section are to be put into operation
the felt guides simply, and the web is guided in the most gentle way. It finds
nowhere the web is crushed and torn as a result of falling
cannot cause any disturbances in the part below, as well as
no drops originating from the transferred web fall onto the lower web and
can destroy the same.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is for example
and illustrated schematically.
Es bezeichnet A eine drei Rundsiebzylinder a,
b,
B vereinigen, diesen vereinigten Stoffbahnen abgibt. It refers to a three cylinder mold A a, b, c, d and a Vorgautschen Gautsche e having Rundsiebpartie. Behind this section A, a normal fourdrinier section B with couch f is arranged at the same height. C designates a second complete fourdrinier section with couch g located on a higher floor. The web of cylinder mold section A lying on a felt is delivered behind its couch c of the upper side of a second felt 1a, which places it shortly before couch f of fourdrinier section B on the paper web leaving it. i denotes a further transfer felt, which is provided between the upper and lower fourdrinier section and serves to take up the fabric web leaving the upper fourdrinier section C and then also in front of couch f, but behind the point where the fabric webs of cylinder mold section A and the fourdrinier section meet B unite, these unified lengths of material give off.
If only the lower Fourdrinier section B is in operation in the machine described, the machine can be used as with any ordinary paper machine. If, on the other hand, only the two Fourdrinier parts B and C, but not also the cylinder mold part A, are in operation, then duplex cartons can be produced. If, on the other hand, you have to produce cheaper cardboard boxes, only the cylinder mold section A and the lower wire section B can be put into operation. If all three sections A, B, C are put into operation, triplex cardboard can be produced on the machine. The cardboard layer of cylinder mold section A is then covered with a better paper web from fourdrinier section B or C, both below and above. If the cylinder mold section A has at least two wires and a fabric of different quality, color or the like is caused to deposit on each of them, triplex cardboard can already be produced with such cylinder mold section and the lower wire section B. If the cylinder mold section A, as shown, has three cylinder molds, then in this section, for. For example, a web can be produced which, in addition to a layer of poor quality, has at least one protective layer on which the layers of good quality produced in the Fourdrinier section B or the Fourdrinier sections B and C are then placed.
