Badeumhang Die Erfindung betrifft einen Badeumhang und Bademantel
aus Frottierstoff mit Kanälen zum Durchziehen von Bä n der n, Schnüren o: dgl.,
und besteht darin, daß diese Kanäle in den Stoff eingewebt sind. Bisher hat man
bei Bademänteln und Badeumhängen diese Durchzugskanäle stets in der Weise hergestellt,
daß man entweder den Stoffrand unter Belassurig eines Kanals umnähte oder daß man
an der Stelle, wo der Kanal gebildet «-erden sollte, einen besonderen Streifen aus
dem Frottiergewebe aufnähte, oder in der Weise, dali man den Frottierstoff überhaupt
doppelt nahen und die Durchzugskanäle durch Nähte abgrenzte, oder schließlich in
der Weise, daß man an Stelle durchgehender Kanäle Schlaufen an dem Frottierstoff
in geeigneten Abständen annähte, durch die dann die Bänder, Schnüre o. dgl. hindurchgezogen
wurden. Allen diesen bekannten Arten von Durchzugskanälen an Bademänteln und Badeumhängen
haftet aber der Übelstand an, daß die Nähte für die Bildung der Kanäle beim Gebrauch
und insbesondere beim häufigen Waschen der Bekleidungsstücke leicht reißen bzw.

Man hat ferner bereits vorgeschlagen, glatte Stoffe mit eingewebten

es bietet besondere Vorteile, solche eingewebten Kanäle im Frottierstoff für Bademäntel
und Badeumhänge vorzusehen. Denn dadurch, daß man den Frottierstoff gleich bei der
Herstellung mit eingewebten Durchzugskanälen in geeigneten Abständen versieht, kann
man ohne weiteres gebrauchsfertige Badeumhänge herstellen. Dazu ist nur nötig, in
das finit dein eingewebten Durchzugskanal versehene, entsprechend zugeschnittene
Stück Frottierstoff= die Hals- und Gürtelschnüre einzuziehen. Irgendwelcher weiteren
Be- oder Verarbeitung bedarf es dann nicht mehr. Es gelingt hier also gewissermaßen
unmittelbar durch den Webprozeß den fertigen Gebrauchsgegenstand @zu erhalten, unter
Fortfall aller sonst nötigen Hand- oder Nähmaschinenarbeit. Für die Herstellung
von Bademänteln bedeutet die Erfindung ebenfalls eine große Vereinfachung und Verbilligung,
indem die ganze Arbeit der Fertigstellung sich in diesem Falle darauf beschränkt,
daß die Ärmel in den im übrigen unmittelbar durch den Webprozeß hergestellten Mantel
eingesetzt werden. Die Erfindung bedingt also in beiden Fällen eine wesentliche
