Karteikarte, Kontenblatt o. dgl.
Index card, account sheet or the like. The invention relates to the
Patent 498 807, through which an index card provided with an addressing device,
an account sheet or the like is placed under protection. This sheet is for that purpose
Provided with a window covered by Japanese paper or the like to prevent dirt
to avoid being protected by a flap. Such index cards, account sheets
or the like can now also be used with particular advantage for graduated cards.
As is known, card pockets and covers of various types are used in these.
These are attached or inserted in the relay files. The cards, account sheets
or the like are inserted into these card pockets, which also serve to
record the recurring records for the customer concerned,
so that when the index card is full, these records are not always on the same
need to be repeated. The use of the index cards, account sheets or the like.
with addressing device offers according to the main patent for working with graduated cards
again the advantage that addressing device (template) and account management are not
must be kept separate from each other. When addressing using this
index cards, account sheets or the like intended for graduated files (see drawing)
however, soiling of the card pockets cannot be avoided without further ado,
because when the easel file is collapsed or folded as a result of penetration
the color through the addressing system a the card pocket below of the easel card file
3 is spotted. According to the invention, it is therefore intended to refer to the respective addressing device
card pocket 3 lying at the point corresponding to the window with an absorbent
Strips of fabric, paper or the like 4 are provided to prevent the easel file from becoming dirty
to be excluded by color as much as possible.
