Description

Bekanntlich sind Blechbürstenhalter von Dynamomaschinen mit erheblich geringeren Kosten herstellbar als solche aus Guß. Blech ist indessen nur bei einer Bürstenhalterform verwendbar, die vermöge ihrer konstruktiven Steifigkeit die genaue Einhaltung der vorgesehenen Form auch bei den vorkomfnenden mechanischen Beanspruchungen gewährleistet.As is known, sheet metal brush holders of dynamo machines are considerably lower Costs producible as such from casting. Der Grundgedanke der Erfindung besteht darin, die beiden breiten Seitenwände und die dem Anker zugekehrte Schmalwand des Halters mit Rippen zu versehen. Sie werden daher aus einem einzigen ursprünglich geraden U-förmigen Blechstück durch Herumbiegen hergestellt; nach dem Abbiegen wird der seitliche Schlitz, der bis nahe an den oberen Rand vorgestanzt sein kann, herausgearbeitet.
