Description

Die Erfindung betrifft den Bau von Kameragehäusen aus ubereinandergeschobenen Blechformteilen. Es ist bereits vorgeschlagen worden, ein Kameragehäuse in der Weise herzustellen, daß man über eine Vierkantform Blechstreifen von der Breite der Kameragehäusetiefebiegtundzwei solcher Hülsen so übereinanderschiebt, daß die Öffnungen der Einzelteile jeweils an der einen Rahmenecke gegeneinander diametral versetzt sind. Diese Teile hat man dann durch Schrauben oder Nieten zu verbinden vorgeschlagen. Bei einer solchen Ausbildungsform müssen aber, nachdem ein solcher Rahmen aus zwei Teilen gebildet ist, noch besonders die Vorrichtungen zum Einschieben der Kassette, zum Befestigen des Balgen u. dgl. nachträglich angebracht werden, was mühevoll und hinsichtlich der Dichtheit der Verwendung nicht sicher genug ist. Sollen solche Gehäuse stabil sein, so muß auch verhältnismäßig starkes Blech verwendet werden. Die Erfindung schlägt einen viel billigeren und bequemeren Weg zu deren Herstellung vor. Sie besteht darin, das Kameragehäuse, das bereits alle notwendigen und beispielsweise obenerwähnten Teile enthält, aus drei vorzugsweise gestanzten Teilen zu bilden, und zwar so, daß zwei deckelartige Teile von entgegengesetzten Seiten her über einen schachtelartigen Teil geschoben und dann vorzugsweise durch Schweißen vereinigt werden. Der dadurch erreichte Vorteil besteht darin, daß man sehr dünnes Blech dazu verwenden kann, das sich leichter formen läßt und auch infolgedessen die Anwendung billigerer Werkzeuge ermöglicht, endlich aber bei vergrößerter Festigkeit noch leichter ist als Ganzmetall oder die der vorerwähnten Bauart. Der Kasten besteht aus einem die Kastentiefe bestimmenden schachtelartigen Rahmenteil, der auf der einen Seite einen allseitig umlaufenden, nach innen gebogenen Rand trägt, von dem einige Fortsätze nochmals zur Befestigung des Balgen nach innen abgebogen sind, während das andere Ende einen nach eimvärts ragenden Rand an beiden Längsseiten und der oberen Querseite trägt, der hier die Anlage für den metallischen, herausklappbaren Laufboden bildet. Ein deckelartiger Preßteil von etwa der halben Breite der Kastentiefe ist im Durchmesser so gehalten, daß er auf den eigentlichen Kastenteil gut passend aufgeschoben werden kann. Auf der anderen Seite ist er an der ganzen Öffnung leicht nach innen gebördelt, und zwar so weit, als die Breite bzw. die Höhe des Laufbodens es erfordert.
