besteht.Cooling device for centrifugal mills with one consisting of rings
1Vlahlmantel There are centrifugal mills with: festering - a centrifugal body surrounding
Mählmantel known, which consists of a number of juxtaposed and toothed ring disks
consists.
In order to reduce the amount of material that occurs during the crushing of the substances in the centrifugal mill
harmful heat from the grinding jacket and dissipate as completely as possible
to, are ring disks with alternating large and small outer diameters
provided so that between two large annular disks and the housing in the annular channel
arises. On the one hand, these ring channels are through openings in the M "uhlenbehäusies
with a fresh air supply. Pipeline and on the opposite side
connected through corresponding openings with an ear socket opening into the open air.
In the drawing is an embodiment serving as a Bernspiel
Invention shown in section.
On a drive shaft 2 rotatably mounted in a frame i, a number of disks 3 of different diameters are wedged next to one another in order to form a rotating body so that their outer circumference forms truncated cones on top of one another with the base surfaces. In the case: e.! q. of the machine frame i a number of adjacent rings 5 of different clear widths are clamped in such a way that they result in an inner circumferential surface which surrounds the double truncated cone circulating body 3 leaving an annular grinding chamber 6 of the same width everywhere and which forms the shape of a hollow truncated double cone. On one side of the grinding chamber 6 there is a hopper 7 for the material to be ground, while the grinding chamber 6 is closed off by a sieve 8 on the other side. Behind this sieve 8, a free space 9 is provided in the machine housing, in which an impeller connected to the drive shaft 2 can rotate. Both the disks 3 of the circulating body and the rings 5 of the grinding mantle point to the facing, the: grinding space between the circumferences that are left free, teeth ii, 12, which are ground in such a way that their tooth cutting edges .on the circulating body after the narrow surfaces of the truncated cones and on the grinding mantle according to their common base. Of every two adjacent rings 5, one ring 5 always has a smaller outer diameter, so -d @ aß between each two large rings 5 and the housing q. an annular channel 13 is created which is connected to a pipeline 15 through an opening 14. Air, which is sucked in by a fan 16 seated on the drive shaft 2, is conveyed through this pipeline 15. The annular channels 13, through which the air cooling the grinding track is passed, are located on the side of the housing opposite the air inlet connector through openings 17 with an outlet connector 18 i. Connection through which the cooling air can be discharged. The ground material is fed to the mill through the funnel 7 and enters the grinding chamber, in which it is ground between the grinding track and the circulating body, whereupon the fine material is sucked off through the sieve 8 by means of an air flow generated by the ventilator.
