Description
The invention relates to a circulating air sifter with a vertical axis, with one generating the circulating air flow coaxially inner fan wheel with a radial ring disk fitted with blades, its Pressure side opens into a pressure space that merges into the outer circumferential ring space, still with a spreading plate provided below the fan wheel as well as with an external air supply and another, formed between the lower outer wall of the coarse material space and a jacket, open at the bottom Annular space, through which the excess air proportion compared to the circulating air from the circulating air annular space is discharged.
Known circulating air separators of this type have the disadvantage that the amount of external air to be supplied is not can be dimensioned arbitrarily large. In addition, with such classifiers the disadvantage can arise that already sifted coarse material reaches the fine material discharge.
The invention is based on the object of reducing the considerable amount of heat generated when grinding minerals, which is stored in the grist, as quickly and sufficiently as possible from the classifier housing dissipate in order to prevent prolonged exposure to heat on the grist with known harmful consequences.
Bei eintr Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind die auf der Unterseite der Ringscheibe des Lüfterrades angeordneTo solve this problem, the invention consists in that the annular disk of the fan wheel on their The top and bottom are padded with blades and the suction sides of the top and bottom blades separates from each other and that the lower Lülterradtcil is assigned to the circulating air flow and the upper Fan wheel part conveys the external air, which is sucked in through openings in the cover of the circulating air classifier. At ent Embodiments of the invention are those arranged on the underside of the annular disk of the fan wheel
ten Schaufeln unten durch ein Blech od. dgl. abgedeckt.th blades or the like. Covered at the bottom by a sheet metal.
The technical progress of the invention is based on the fact that on the one hand the external air and on the other hand the Circulating air, as two air currents, each with a different heat content, enforce each other because they enter the common pressure chamber at different angles and collide there. This creates an intensive mixture of the two air currents. This process is the prerequisite that considerable amounts of heat can be removed from the classifier, which are considerably larger are as those amounts of heat that could be dissipated by radiation. It is also advantageous. that there is always an excess of air in the annular space formed by the outer and inner housing, which prevents coarse material particles from flowing in the opposite direction through the blinds into the fine material outlet reach. The excess air resulting from the foreign air content can be measured with the help of an am Grobiiutkonus below the blinds and opposite Vacuum this tightly sealed intermediate cone with a reduced dust content, without the visual effect to affect. Finally, it is advantageous that the circulating air classifier according to the invention not only / to Cooling, but can also be used for drying can. In this case it is possible to use warmer External air to heat the circulating air. The hot air is then able to. Moisture from the scattered Remove visible material.

The illustration in Fig. 3 shows the design of the fan wheel. seen from the side. The fan wheel consists of blade blades Sa and 9b arranged above and below the annular disk 9c. In this exemplary embodiment, the blades 9a and 9b are perpendicular to the King disk 9c. which is driven by the shaft & via the spreading plate 8. The impeller blades 9b are open at the top, while the impeller blades 9a have a cover plate 9c /. which is attached to the lower edges. It goes without saying that under certain circumstances each blade group 9; i and 9b can also have an individual inclination towards the annular disk 9c.
The fan wheel could of course also be designed in two parts, e.g. B. in such a way that a special washer is provided as a carrier for each set of blades 9a and 9b. In this case it would also be possible to drive each blade carrier individually and, if necessary, also at different speeds.
