Erfindungsgemäß sind die Wellen 2 der Druckflügel 3, 3' mit rechtwinklig zu ihnen angeordneten Nasen 4. versehen. Zentrisch zu den Wellen 2 und auf ihnen verschiebbar sind Platten 5 angeordnet, die ihrerseits mit je zwei Stiften 6 versehen sind. Diese Platten 5 stehen mittels eines Gestänges 13, 1q., das durch die Welle 7 der ganzen Anordnung hindurchgeht, in Verbindung. Die Aus- bzw.
