Description
Drosselklappe Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein selbstdichtender Klappenabschluß mit zweiflügeliger Klappe, z. B. Drosselklappe, Umstellklappe, Absperrklappe o. dgl., mit in einer durch die Klappenachse gelegten Ebene geteiltem Gehäuse. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß zur Ermöglichung des Planschliffes aller Dichtflächen die Sitzflächen des Gehäuses in einer Ebene mit der Teilebene des Gehäuses angeordnet sind und die Klappe selbst aus zwei mit ebenen Flächen aufeinandergelegten, fest verbundenen Teilen besteht.Throttle valve The subject of the invention is a self-sealing valve closure with two-wing flap, e.g. B. throttle valve, diverter valve, butterfly valve o. Mit diesen Flächenteilen kommt die Klappe in der Schlußlage wechselseitig auf Gegenflächen c, d zu liegen, die ebenfalls plangeschliffen sind. Um diese Gegenflächen zu bilden, ist das Gehäuse e in der Ebene der Klappenabschlußflächen geteilt, wobei die Gegenflächen c, d wechselseitig von den getrennten Gehäuseteilen gebildet werden. Die die Gegenflächen bildenden Teilfugenflächen des Gehäuses werden ebenfalls plangeschliffen, so daß die Gegenflächen mit den anliegenden plangeschliffenen Flächenteilen der Klappe genau aufeinanderpassen und somit ein gleichmäßig dichter Abschluß erzielt wird.The flap consists of two parts a and b, which are individually ground flat and firmly connected to the flat ground surfaces, for example by screwing them together.
