Claims (5)
1. Intranasale wässrige pharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen die Calcitonin enthalten, mit einem durch
Acetat-Puffer eingestellten pH-Wert zwischen 3,8 und 4,2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Cetylpyridiniumchlorid
enthalten.
2. Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie etwa 100 bis etwa 5.000 I. U. Calcitonin und von 0,01 bis 0,4 mg Cetylpyridiniumchlorid
pro 1 ml Lösung enthalten.
3. Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen nach mindestens
einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie etwa 25 bis etwa 2.500 I. U.
Calcitonin und von 0,05 bis 0,2 mg Cetylpyridiniumchlorid pro 1 ml Lösung enthalten.
4. Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen nach mindestens
einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zum pH-Wert 4 gepuffert
sind.
5. Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche in der Form eines
Sprays, welches in der Form von Einzeldosen, die 25 bis 250 I. U. von Calcitonin entsprechen,
verabreicht werden.
